Vice President, LID Solutions

As the Vice President of LID Solutions, Jason plays a major role in inspections, flood fighting, and emergency planning. He is a trusted operations manager who communicates effectively with board directors and the public. Through his commitment to his role, he has helped LID Solutions and their levee districts improve training, communications, and preparedness.

With more than 17 years of experience, Jason has worked with several Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) and Levee Improvement Districts (LIDs) in Harris and Fort Bend Counties as a stormwater and levee operations consultant. Jason is a strong emergency manager and project professional skilled in stormwater compliance and the National Incident Management System (NIMS).

Before joining LID Solutions, Jason was an inspector and project manager for Storm Water Solutions. He was responsible for managing maintenance crews and creating and managing stormwater pollution prevention plan contracts and proposals. He also ensured the completion and documentation of deficient items from state and local notices of inspections/violations. His expertise and commitment to his client’s projects have allowed him to be recognized as a leader in the industry.

Jason was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 2007 after separate deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq. He is a Certified Floodplain Manager and has earned the Professional Development Series, Advanced Professional Series, and the Level 1 Continuity of Operations Excellence Series Certifications from FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute. He also possesses a Levee Inspector certification from The Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority of Louisiana.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree in Emergency Management from West Texas A&M University and currently resides in Klein, TX. He loves to visit National Parks with his wife, Jamie, and their two children. When he isn’t working or traveling he volunteers his time as a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2427 in Tomball, TX.
